Russian International Minister Sergei Lavrov is scheduled to go to Malta in December to take part in a gathering of the Ministerial Council of the Group for Safety and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the Vedomosti The newspaper reported on Friday (November 1, 2024) citing International Ministry spokesperson Maria Zajárova.
