Nepalese Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ misplaced a vote of confidence in Parliament on July 12 after the Communist Social gathering of Nepal-Unified Marxist Leninist (CPN-UML) withdrew its help for his authorities.
