Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi rebels mentioned on Saturday that they had attacked a service provider ship within the Gulf of Aden, whereas a multinational naval pressure mentioned two missiles exploded close to a Liberian-flagged ship.
“The Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a army operation towards the ship (GROTON) within the Gulf of Aden,” Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree mentioned in a televised assertion.
He mentioned the ship had been hit and that it was the second time it had been attacked after an analogous incident on August 3.
